Continuing students

The autoenrolment of the doctorate is for the doctoral candidates that continue their studies in the same doctorate program.

Requirements

  1. Having been enroled in the last year program
  2. Having their research plan accepted (candidates who started the program in the last year).
  3. Possessing the favorable report of yearly evaluation and monitoring corresponding to the last year.

IMPORTANT

In the event that you have a scholarship or a grant not included in the list of types of pre-doctoral grants, you must send your tuition in the center so that the corresponding exemption is applied.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ENROLMENT

The documentation to be submitted from the SED will be required, which may be as follows:

  • Compromise document, duly filled and signed (You can find it  here)
  • Original or certified copy of the university degree and certificate of grades and *
  • DNI or NIE  or passport (in the case of foreign students).

*Students who have studied at UB do not have to present it and in the case of foreign degrees, this document must be translated and / or legalized as appropriate (More information)

ENROLMENT TO DOCTORATE PROGRAMS

To work out the total amount of the registration you have to take into account:

Price of direction, tutoring, and continuous evaluation of the doctoral these 401,12 €
Price of academic record handling 69,80 €

Specific services and of support to learning:

  • Support to maintenance and updating of the Virtual Campus
  • Access to the UB Network and the Internet in all campus and UB equipments (Computer rooms and Wi-Fi)
  • Teaching software of commercial and free access licenses.
  • Teaching material fully accessible in digital format.
  • Allocation of the institutional email address ub.edu and 1Tb of space at OneDrive including Office 365.
