DOCTORAL MANAGEMENT CALENDAR – Academic Year 2025-2026

First period to apply for admission to the program From May 5 to June 14, 2025
Meeting of the Academic Commission Final June- Early July 2024. Pendent
First registration period of the year 2025-2026 (new access and continuing doctorands) From October 1 to October 31, 2025
Second period to apply for admission to the program From November 3, 2025 to January 15, 2026
Meeting of the Academic Commission Final January /Early February 2026. Pendent
Second registration period of the year 2025-2026 (only new access candidates)

From 9 February, 2026 to 13 March, 2026

Starting March 14, 2026, new admission periods for programs in the 2025–2026 academic year may not be opened unless there is a demonstrated need to admit candidates who have received pre-doctoral funding and must enroll during the 2025–2026 academic year. In such cases, authorization must be requested from the Doctoral School.
Presentation of monitoring reports year 2025-2026 From 4 May, 2026 to 12 June, 2026
Presentation of the research plan year 2025-2026 From 4 May, 2026 to 12 June, 2026
Meeting of the Academic Commission Pendent (Final June-Early July 2025) deadline July 10 2026
Period for submitting the thesis deposit The deposit request can be made at any time of the current year. The period between such request until the appointment of the court is approximately two working months.
