First registration period of the year 2025-2026 (new access and continuing doctorands)<\/td>\nFrom October 1 to October 31, 2025<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Second period to apply for admission to the program<\/td>\nFrom November 3, 2025 to January 15, 2026<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Meeting of the Academic Commission<\/td>\nFinal January \/Early February 2026. Pendent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Second registration period of the year 2025-2026 (only new access candidates)<\/td>\n\n

From 9 February, 2026 to 13 March, 2026<\/p>\n

Starting March 14, 2026, new admission periods for programs in the 2025\u20132026 academic year may not be opened unless there is a demonstrated need to admit candidates who have received pre-doctoral funding and must enroll during the 2025\u20132026 academic year. In such cases, authorization must be requested from the Doctoral School.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Presentation of monitoring reports year 2025-2026<\/td>\nFrom 4 May, 2026 to 12 June, 2026<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Presentation of the research plan year 2025-2026<\/td>\nFrom 4 May, 2026 to 12 June, 2026<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Meeting of the Academic Commission<\/td>\nPendent (Final June-Early July 2025)\u00a0deadline July 10 2026<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Period for submitting the thesis deposit<\/td>\nThe deposit request can be made at any time of the current year. The period between such request until the appointment of the court is approximately two working months.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
