The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science offers funding to staff in training and teaching staff through the grants described below. For some of these forms of funding, decisions may be made jointly between the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science and the Institute of Mathematics (IMUB).

Applications can be submitted through the links on this page or through the Calls for Members section of the IMUB website, and need only be submitted in one of the two places. As a general rule, grants awarded by the IMUB will co-fund extended stays of visiting researchers and conferences or advanced courses, and those awarded by the Department will cover expenses for short-term actions.
