To do so, the student has to be accepted in both programs separately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A total of 108 ECTS must be fulfilled, which can be distributed as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>First Semester<\/strong> (31.5, Fall):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fourier transform: from Physics to Number Theory MAM (6)<\/li>\n<li>Optimization FPDS (6)<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and Visualization FPDS (3)<\/li>\n<li>Deep Learning FPDS (3)<\/li>\n<li>Machine Learning FPDS (6)<\/li>\n<li>Numerical Linear Algebra FPDS (6)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Methodology in Mathematics MAM (annual, 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Second Semester<\/strong> (31.5-37.5, Spring):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bayesian Statistics and Probabilistic Programming FPDS (3)<\/li>\n<li>Ethical Data Science FPDS (3)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Methodology in Mathematics MAM (continuation)<\/li>\n<li>Two or three optional courses from MAM (12-18) (*)<\/li>\n<li>Four optional courses from\u00a0 FPDS (12)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Third Semester<\/strong> (39-45, Fall):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One or two optional courses from MAM (12-6) (*)<\/li>\n<li>Agile Data Science FPDS (6)<\/li>\n<li>Final Master Project FPDS (12) and MAM (15) (**)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(*) Either two optional courses each semester, or three courses in the second semester and one in the third semester.<\/p>\n<p>(**) <span class=\"im\">Notice that the two Final Master Projects (FMP), one for each Master,\u00a0 should be two different documents. That said, we consider two different options. Either the two projects are &#8220;totally independent&#8221; and so each one will be defended in different committees (corresponding to each program), or the projects might share a common part plus differentiated specific chapter(s) corresponding to the aims of each master.
