Research funding applications

Description and objective

Grants to fund visiting researchers to the Faculty or the IMUB, up to a maximum of €1500 in each case. These grants are co-funded by the Faculty and the IMUB. The aim of these grants is to encourage visiting researchers to come to the Faculty for purposes of scientific collaboration.

Resolution

Grants may be awarded jointly by the Research and Doctoral Committee and the Governing Council of the IMUB. Applications for this type of grant will be evaluated by the Research and Doctoral Committee in accordance with the criteria it establishes. Applications will be assessed and grants awarded three times a year, coinciding with the meetings of the Research and Doctoral Committee. The approximate dates of these meetings are in the first half of April, first half of July and second half of November.
