ENROLMENT  FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026  

FIRST PERIOD  (online only). From September 3rd to September 10th 2026 (CLOSED)

SECOND PERIOD (FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER)    From February 2nd, 2026, to February 5th, 2026.

You must send the following document, correctly filled and signed, to sec.mat.inf@ub.edu.

Enrolment period: from September 3rd  to September 10th, 2025.

You can modify the enrolment (with a refund) until September 19th. After this date no payment will be refunded.
  1. The secretary will send the document to the coordinator for authorisation.
  2. The secretary will enrol you in the authorised subjects and will send you a copy of the enrolment form by e-mail for payment.

 

MODIFICATIONS OUTSIDE THE DEADLINE SET BY THE FACULTY AND WITHOUT REFUND 

1st semester: until  October 31st

2nd semester: until March 7th

IMPORTANT: (**) According to the prices set annually by decree of the Government of Catalonia: all students having diplomas issued outside EU will have to pay, prior to the enrolment, a fee for a Study of Equivalence of an Academic Degree, which gives access to master’s programs at the UB (218,15€).
Documentation to submit to the Secretary of the Faculty (Before enrolment)

  • Original or certified copy of the undergraduate degree(s) *
  • Transcript of Records of all the previous university studies, containing all the qualifications and the number of credits per course *
  • Copy of Identity Card (DNI), or passport, or NIE (in the case of Spanish residents)

*Students graduated from either the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona or the Universitat of Barcelona may replace this document with «expedient acadèmic».
