Secretary’s Office schedule

Due to COVID-19, the Secretary’s Office has modified its schedules. You can contact through the email address: or the doubts and queries mailbox.

If you need to submit any documentation that needs to be registered, you can do so through the generic instance.

From next Monday, June 8, we will open to the public on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to carry out the procedures that cannot do online.

We will only be able to assist you by appointment. You can request it by clicking on the following links:

Opening hours

Morning: Monday to Friday from 10h to 13h
Afternoon: Tuesday from 16h to 18h

From June 1st to September 10th, Monday to Friday, from 10h to 13h (afternoons closed)
